Well its time. I’ve been hinting at some things changing for a weeks now and its finally here! Time for a few changes here at Whitehill Photography. I’ll be rolling out packages, baby plans and a big tweak on my look. So, over the next day or two, if you visit the blog here or the website, things might be a bit tricky while I update everything. Hold on though, I promise I’ll be back and with new things to show! I’m excited to show you all!

I had the honor of photographing a tiny, sweet little newborn on Monday. She is absolutely gorgeous and has a gorgeous, sweet family, too! I really enjoyed photographing her and chatting with her mommy and daddy, even if she gave us a big run for our money in the first half of the session. This mommy booked with me in advance of having her little one and was able to let me photograph her when she was 6 days old. For any future, potential newborn clients this is really perfect timing to capture your baby while they are still so tiny and fresh. Way to go mom! Enjoy the sneak peek.

I’ve had the chance to photograph big sister and now I’ve had the chance to photograph tiny, new baby sister EG. She’s sweet, beautiful and so easy to photograph. She slept and slept for me, we had very few “accidents” and well she’s just pretty! Enjoy.

Here are E & I, two sweet little guys that I just love. I was NOT so sure about momma putting him down and walking out of the shot but with a little bribery and some silly noises, we got some cute shots. E, as usual, was all fun smiles and good laughter… this kid can instantly put a smile on my face with HIS smile! Enjoy. 
I have to show this one, how CUTE is this little motion that he did for us? Momma is Italian and this looks like a perfect little “Mama Mia!” type pose!

YAY another return baby! I love being able to watch these little ones grow and to document all their new milestones. It really is a blessing for me. Mr A is as cute as ever and has a super sweet smile. Even his serious look is precious! We had fun with lots of animal noises and plenty of raspberries being blown! Enjoy.

This sweet little guy was such an adorable squeaker! Even fully asleep, he’d make the most precious squeaks while I positioned him. I tell you, it just made him EVEN cuter! He really wasn’t quite sure of who kept interrupting his sleep and then once he was done, he was sooo done with me. Luckily I captured some precious images, nonetheless! Enjoy.

I know, I know… there are a million people out there asking you to donate your hard earned money for a cause. Telethons, walkathons, raffles, school fundraisers, church fundraisers, sports team fundraisers… the list goes on and on. Its not often that I talk about my personal life here on the blog. However, the annual Walk for MS is approaching and we’ve begun assembling our team.
“MS, you say?” Yes, Multiple Sclerosis. “But that’s treatable right?!” For many there are treatments that really work and really help. Unfortunately, not all forms of MS have and FDA approved medications or treatments for them. The way we fight this is for more money and more research.
A few years ago, my husband - my amazing wonderful gift from God husband, started having some strange things going on. He was having intense fatigue and deep leg pain that no medication was even touching. Things progressed and after alot of drs appointment we found an answer. My husband has Primary Progressive MS. PPMS is one of the more rare forms of MS that really have no helpful treatments for. So my husband is left in pain pretty much every hour of every day of his life. You would never know it unless you noticed him limping or watched my vibrant, young, seemingly healthy husband use a cane on long walks. He’s determined not to let this thing stop him and we are all determined that they (meaning the wonderful doctors and researchers out there working hard) WILL give him some hope and some relief one day. So I’m asking YOU to help us!
The event happens on April 10th, 2010. Registration begins at 9:00 am and the walk begins at 10:30 am. Its a 1 mile walk (nothing too strenuous, I promise!!) at the Barfield Crescent Park here in Murfreesboro, you can find registration at Shelter #7.

We had a great day here in the studio on Saturday. I had a ton of fun kids who were soooo great to photograph and CRAZY cute! So our first ever Valentine’s Mini Sessions were a smashing success! And yes, I photographed a penguin. That is Tacky, Anna’s class Penguin and this was HER weekend to bring him home. So I let him help me with the sessions and then of course I HAD to photograph him too. How cute is he??!

I got the chance to photograph this sweet little girl’s big ONE year portrait session. I’ve photographed her cousin and was kindly referred (have I mentioned how much I love referrals??!) to this sweet family! This precious girl was a little serious with me, very interested in ALL of my chairs (lol) and was NOT sure about her cake at first. I got some beautiful shots of this sweet little girl, here are a few to enjoy for now!
