I’ve had the chance to photograph big sister and now I’ve had the chance to photograph tiny, new baby sister EG. She’s sweet, beautiful and so easy to photograph. She slept and slept for me, we had very few “accidents” and well she’s just pretty! Enjoy.

So this session was just MEANT to be. Mom and I both wanted an outdoor session for little Mr H for his one year session. His first birthday, however, is in the middle of December. We all know that we have mild winters here in TN (no matter how many times we pray for a White Christmas!!) but today was an EXCEPTION. Today was crazy warm and even the thick clouds gave away to beautiful sun! Just wow! So we had a great session walking around the square of Franklin, TN. We had some GREAT store owners who very gracious in allowing us to use their benches (Thank you Ivey and Prim and Paper)! Put it all together and we had a super fun session. To top it ALL off, this is my last session of 2009. What a great way to end an AMAZING year. Thank you to all my clients from the past year! To celebrate that, Mr H’s mommy gets a larger than usual sneak peek… enjoy!
To start it off… some amazing connections here. This momma and daddy LOVE their son and you can just FEEL it, being around them!

Oh man, oh man, oh man! I had a newborn session tonight and this little guy was just sooo sooo sweet. We had some GOOD laughs (hope mom is all cleaned up now!). After a bottle and some swaddling, though, we were good to go and got some super sweet images of this precious little boy. Enjoy!

This has been a long awaited session. Both of these beautiful “kids” are growing up on their parents and moving out in the world. We were hard pressed to find a date that would work for all of us but luckily, we managed. I met this family at the Oaklands Mansion and we had a fun time capturing family portraits and more! Enjoy.

This time of year, I’m blessed with clients who want ME to capture their family. They might get Christmas cards to send to all their friends and family or they might be buying portraits for gifts. Or maybe its just for themselves. This time of year, people in MY family also want some of those portraits. You’ve seen my sister’s children and now you get to see my husband’s side. Every year, my mother in law, likes to get some shots of her with my father in law plus all the grandkids. Originally we had planned a full session but instead ended up looking for just one good shots for the Christmas cards. Here it is! :) You’ll recognize my beautiful girls here and the little boys are my nephews. Enjoy!

That’s right, I called it… introducing Super Mom! I think I might try to make her a cape and all! Her beautiful family was well dressed and so sweet! This mom can carry BOTH her TWO year old twins, while wearing amazing heels, THROUGH gravel and not falter a step. I watched it and stood in amazement. :) We had a fun night with lots of silly antics. Sorry these are a tad bit late mom and dad! Hope you enjoy.

I met this super sweet family in Murfreesboro today. I waited and waited to see if our session would need to be rescheduled due to rain but the rain went away, the sun came out and it was oh so pretty! We decided to go to Cannonsburg to take advantage of their sidewalks and covered areas. Although it had stopped rain, Murfreesboro is definitely still covered in alot of wetness and MUD! Enjoy your sneak peek S family!

I had the pleasure to meet up with a beautiful, sweet family tonight. These parents adore their sweet little girl and you can just tell it. I’m not sure the sweet little girl ever loved me taking her portraits but we had fun trying anyways! We spend our evening playing around different parts of Old Fort Park here in Murfreesboro. It was a nice evening for photography! Enjoy your sneak peek!

I first heard from Chelsie last month. She was hoping for a session this fall for family portraits. Unfortunately (as some of you might know) I am VERY booked, especially on weekends this fall. She asked that I put her on my waiting list for anything that canceled. So after a last minute cancellation, I was able to call Chelsie and her family and they were able to meet up with me, YAY! I was pleasantly surprised to find out how much of sweet, beautiful family they are! They’ve recently moved from out of state and I do hope this starts to feel more like home for them soon. Here you go guys, here is your sneak peek, enjoy!
